Customers in the European Union are served through the subsidiary Genève Invest (Europe) S.A. in Luxembourg. Genève Invest (Europe) S.A. is subject to supervision and regulation by the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) in Luxembourg.

Genève Invest (Europe) S.A. is authorized to offer and promote its services exclusively to investors residing in one of the 27 EU member states. Genève Invest (Europe) S.A. has offices in Milan, Italy, and Stockholm, Sweden.

Genève Invest S.à r.l. is authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in accordance with the Financial Institutions Act. Ongoing supervision is carried out by the supervisory organization OSFIN, which is recognized by FINMA and operates under its direct supervision. Genève Invest S.à r.l. is authorized to offer and promote its services exclusively to investors residing in Switzerland.

Our clients' assets are held in a checking account at one of the custodian banks with which we work and which are members of the deposit insurance fund in their country of residence. Our role is limited to asset management, and we have no ability to withdraw or transfer funds.
