Handling Complaints
As soon as Genève Invest (Europe) receives a complaint, it will confirm receipt in writing. The complaint will be forwarded immediately to the appropriate department and a response will be provided within 20 business days. If a satisfactory response is not provided, a complaint may be resubmitted to the managing director, Mr. Thomas Freiberg, who is responsible for handling all complaints. His email address is: thomas.freiberg@geneveinvest.com.
If the handling of the complaint has not resulted in a satisfactory response, the out-of-court complaint resolution procedure may be initiated in accordance with the provisions of CSSF Regulation 16-07—within one year of the complaint’s submission. To do so, the Luxembourg supervisory authority may be contacted as described above.
