Damals brach die US-Bank Lehman Brothers zusammen. S\u00e4mtliche durch Lehmann garantierten Zertifikate waren auf einen Schlag wertlos. Anschliessend kamen die Hypo Real Estate Bank, die Commerzbank und sogar der Schweizer Bankenriese UBS ins Straucheln. Letztlich wurden all diese Banken von den jeweiligen Regierungen und damit durch Steuerzahler gerettet. Es griff also die allerletzte Instanz ein, um das Ersparte von Millionen B\u00fcrgern zu retten. Dabei glaubte man, ohne Risiko angelegt zu haben.<\/p>\n<p>Also m\u00fcssen wir von der urspr\u00fcnglichen Idee der besten Geldanlage ohne Risiko ein wenig abr\u00fccken. Vielleicht hin zu einer attraktiven Geldanlage mit \u00fcberschaubarem Risiko. Was ist denn eine attraktive Geldanlage? Eine Geldanlage wird dann attraktiv, wenn sie mehr Rendite als den \u00fcblichen Kapitalmarktzins erzielt. Da der Kapitalmarktzins aktuell im Euroraum bei 0\u00a0% liegt, ist somit jede Geldanlage, die 2\u00a0% oder 3\u00a0% Rendite erzielt bereits attraktiv. Aber diese Rendite erreichen weder Staatsanleihen noch Schuldverschreibungen oder Pfandbriefe. Auch die Anleihen von grossen Unternehmen mit hohem Rating werfen keine 3\u00a0% ab. Also sollte das Augenmerk auf mittelgrosse oder kleinere Unternehmen gelegt werden. Oder auf Unternehmen, die in Nischen t\u00e4tig sind. Solche Unternehmen m\u00fcssen Anleihen mit Zinskupons von 4, 5 oder 6\u00a0% ausgeben, um Gl\u00e4ubiger auf dem Kapitalmarkt zu \u00fcberzeugen. In der Regel sind diese Unternehmensanleihen durch Sicherheiten abgedeckt, so dass in einem solchen Fall Sicherheiten wie Immobilienbesitz, Maschinen oder der Fuhrpark verwertet werden. Die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass im Durchschnitt bei einem Zahlungsausfall rund 40-50 % der Verlustmasse doch noch abgedeckt werden kann. In normalen Marktphasen betr\u00e4gt die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Zahlungsausfalls rund 1-2 %.
